If you are purchasing one of our handcrafted items... please be aware that each is individually sewn upon purchase. They are not ready-made... but sewn after your payment clears... unless it is stated in the sales description. Most items should be ready to ship within 5 business days... however, there may be times that may take a little longer. The listing time table gives a 10 day shipping time (to let buyers know most curtain orders have to be sewn) ... however, to USA destinations... it's usually less than a week. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Most valance panels are approx. 41 inches wide. This size works great for windows up to approx. 28 inches wide. If your window is wider.. more panels can be put on the curtain rod. You'd just hide the side edges in the gathered folds of the curtains where it'd look like one panel on your curtain rod. I'd be happy to sew your panels together at no charge... making one wider valance panel for your wide window.

Most of the valances and drapes are listed with a 1 3/4" rod pocket. If you need a wider rod pocket, just let me know.

Most of the listed valances and drapes have a 1" top header. If you want ONLY the rod pocket on top without the top self ruffle/header... be sure to tell me.

Any info you need to convey should be put in the message box when you complete payment. If you should forget to include your custom work... THEN, PLEASE send me a email with the custom work you wish done to your items. Be sure to ask that I received your custom instructions if you sent by email. If you put custom instructions in the message box with your payment... then it will show on the order sheet when I begin sewing your curtains or other items you purchase.

We do ship WORLDWIDE! Shipping fees vary by country & weight of items. It does take longer for International delivery... which we have no control. Most shipments under 4 pounds ship by 1st Class Int'l Mail as it is least expensive... but does take longer than Priority which costs a lot more. Priority for under 4 pounds is available... as long as you wish to pay the higher s/h fees.

Buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Fees and/or Duty Fees, or Taxes assessed by their Country.

Handcrafted items do take time to cut and sew. Most handcrafted items are ready to ship within 5-10 days... however, some handcrafted items may take less or a few days longer.
